How long does it take?
You can see your earnings every second and collect them as soon as they reach a minimum of €100, in your bank account and taking up to 7 business days.
How does Orandari work legally? Is it legal?
At Orandari, we are committed to complying with all applicable legal requirements in Spain, including those established by the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission). On our platform, we tokenize real estate-backed participatory loans, which we offer to investors through an STO (Security Token Offering). Can I sell my Tókeno?
Yes, you will have the ability to sell your Tókenos on the blockchain. Orandari will suggest a selling price based on the European market, but you will have the freedom to set the selling price that you consider appropriate. You will be able to sell your Tókenos using Matria or the blockchain network of your choice, including Polygon and Ethereum.
Can I use any wallet with Orandari?
Yes, you can use any wallet that is supported by our application and that you have validated with us. Currently, the following wallets are compatible with Orandari:
Metamask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet and Magic Link
How do we pay dividends?
Dividends are credited every second through your Matria account. Once you accumulate €100 in dividends, you can withdraw them to your bank account, subject to applicable taxes.
How to declare the income/dividends received?
If you are a resident of Spain, the income/dividends you receive already have a 19% withholding tax applied, in accordance with current regulations. These amounts will be reflected in the tax data provided by the Tax Agency annually in the "income drafts". For more details, click here.
What types of Tókenos are there?
1. Crowdfunding Tókenos: These Tókenos are used to finance future businesses. By purchasing a Crowdfunding Tókeno, you will receive a 3% annual return from the date of purchase. Additionally, you will receive dividends from the business once it starts generating profits.
2. Asset Tókenos: These Tókenos represent shares in operating sustainable businesses. By investing in Asset Tókenos, you can receive dividends every second.
